Daily Rosary

The Rosary prayer has a permanent place in the Marian pilgrimage site of Einsiedeln. The Rosary is prayed every evening at the Chapel of Grace, not only by individual pilgrims throughout the day, but also as a community.

Daily (except: Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Holy Saturday), monks from the monastery or volunteers accompany the pilgrims in the Rosary prayer. The individual mysteries are introduced by short reflections.

The Rosary prayer takes place at the Chapel of Grace in the entrance area of the monastery church, where those praying may let the loving gaze of the Mother of God, Mary, rest upon them. The prayer begins approximately 5 minutes after the evening mass (beginning at 5:30 p.m.): approx. 6:05 p.m. from Monday to Friday, approx. 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, 6:15 p.m. on Sundays and public holidays
