About us

A few words about us

Who we are is actually not important. Because this page is about you and your personal relationship with Christ. This should remain the focus.

Of course, we understand if you have become a little curious. Therefore, we will now reveal a few things about us:

We value

the many ways and formats for encountering Christ in the different spiritualities, charisms, the new as well as the traditional formats

and we take great joy in this diversity within the Catholic Church.

We carry

the longing in our hearts to make visible to you those places where we have discovered this beauty, diversity and fullness of faith. Because we believe that you too can find these. No matter where you are. No matter when.

How did GOCATH come about?

We love and live our faith. At the same time, we have all had to experience painfully how exhausting it is to search for those places—even if one is well-socialized in the Catholic faith or grew up with the faith. The longing is great, but the search is time-consuming and tedious. And often, these places end up being so close by. It doesn't have to be that way. We want to make these places visible to you and thus help you find the beautiful, the true & the good.

We started with this longing, found each other in circles of friends and acquaintances, and now work together as a team online or on-site on GOCATH.
