Module 1 of the 30-day spiritual exercises. Objective: experiencing redemption and being a child of God; reconciliation with oneself; discovering one's own life as a gift, a task, and a place of encounter with the living God. Central elements: silence; plenty of time for personal prayer; methodical introduction to Gospel contemplation and the discernment of spirits according to the tradition of St. Ignatius of Loyola; daily individual accompaniment; celebration of the Eucharist, adoration; opportunity for confession.
