Central elements: silence; plenty of time for personal prayer; methodical introduction to Gospel contemplation and the discernment of spirits according to the tradition of St. Ignatius of Loyola; daily individual accompaniment; celebration of the Eucharist, adoration; opportunity for confession. Prerequisites for participation: basic knowledge of the faith and spiritual life; free from severe psychological burdens. Leadership and individual accompaniment: Fr. Sylvester Heereman LC and team.
