Fasting with Exodus 90 & Fiat 90

Who doesn't know it? Hardly have the good resolutions for the new year been made, before they are soon more and more ignored, until the person from 2023 again completely resembles the person in 2024. Change is difficult. The comforts of our society are too great: daily chocolate, drinking beer, watching Netflix… But left entirely to oneself, one often lacks the strength for change, no matter how much one desires it. Pope Benedict XVI summed it up perfectly:

“The ways of the Lord are not convenient, but we were not created for convenience, but for the great, for the good.”

We need women and men who are also willing to take the inconvenient path! For this is the path to true freedom, fulfillment, and to God Himself. Change and conversion to Jesus Christus begins with you and your personal renewal! This is often easier said than done. Fasting until Easter with Exodus90 and Fiat90 helps and accompanies you in this challenge through asceticism, prayer, and community!
