Pro Life Tour

How far would you go to save a life?
Our vision:
A society in which the lives of these children are protected, women are fully supported, and abortion has become unnecessary.
Why you should join:
The days between July 26 and August 11, 2024, will not only be the best and most adventurous, but also the most meaningful weeks of your summer. Promised! Every year in Austria alone, about 35,000 babies die through abortion because their right to life is not sufficiently protected. Worldwide, over 70 million lose their lives violently even before birth! That is why we are marching on foot over 250 km from Vienna via Eisenstadt to Graz, to make a shared vision come true.
What will you experience?
- Fun
- a great community
- water fights
- Time for prayer

What does a typical day on the Pro Life Tour look like?
Depending on the length of the route for the day or which activities are planned for the day, the day begins between 5 and 8 AM with "beautiful" (Gabi's words...) morning music. There is a balanced breakfast, and then we set off. Along the way, flyers are distributed and we talk with interested passers-by about the value of life. In sunny weather, there are water fights, and fun is never lacking on the way regardless.
Around noon, the food bus arrives with snacks, and in the afternoon, the final kilometers to the accommodation are walked. On average, we will walk about 20 km a day this year – so this is achievable for everyone, even without any athletic conditioning.
Every day, a Holy Mass is celebrated and a short catechesis is given by our spiritual companion. There will also be a continuous opportunity for confession. If you do not wish to participate in the Catholic program, that is of course also okay.
After arriving at the accommodation and after dinner, there is often a lecture, a movie night, or training relevant to the PLT topic. To wind down the day, we sit together comfortably. For the older participants, preferably with a glass of wine or a beer. For the youth under 16, there is a bedtime starting at 9:00 PM. Everyone else can stay up as late as they want, based on their own responsibility.
