Open Church
Perhaps at the end of a long day, you long for a place where your soul can breathe. In the heart of Munich's pedestrian zone, the beautiful Asamkirche opens its doors and fills with light, music, and prayer. A space is created where you can simply find peace – carried by praise, silence, and the presence of God. Here, you can place both your joys and your burdens into God's hands. The candles, the ancient walls, the sound of the music – all of this invites you to be renewed. Time: We begin at 7:30 PM and close the evening at 9:00 PM with a night prayer – a moment in which you may continue on your way blessed. Location: Asamkirche, Sendlinger Str. 32, 80331 München Dates: 2026: Nov 18 | Dec 16 2027: Jan 13 | Feb 17 | Mar 17 | Apr 14 | May 12 | Jun 16
