Online Training Part 2 for Alpha: How to make your Alpha a success
Attitude, small group and team Target group: You attended Part 1 or know the basics of Alpha and are facing the start of your first or second Alpha. Here you and your team will be inspired and equipped to start Alpha online or on-site in your parish, with friends, or in a youth group. Thematically, the evening revolves around the Why – why does Alpha exist and why are you hosting Alpha? the How – with what attitude do we do Alpha and how can you practice this? the How of the small groups your Alpha team – team building and team culture the question of how to continue after Alpha. You will hear experience reports from Alpha organizers, we will pray together for the Alphas that will take place, and you will have the opportunity to ask your questions. Conversation Leadership in Small Groups – Communication that creates culture. How do good conversations emerge in Alpha small groups—conversations with depth, openness, and genuine exchange? In this workshop, you will learn how to shape communication more consciously, ask good questions, and respond to different personalities. You will practice practical tools for confident and calm conversation leadership. The first part lays the foundation: we look at how good communication succeeds and how questions and one's own attitude shape the culture within the small group. The second part of the workshop takes place on 30.11.26 from 7 PM to 9 PM. Notes: For active participation, we recommend a functioning camera and microphone. The two workshop parts build on each other. Participation in individual modules is nonetheless possible. The workshop is aimed at everyone who accompanies Alpha small groups and wants to further develop their conversation leadership – whether new or experienced.
