Together, we will explore how to pass on faith vibrantly, build authentic relationships, and support people in their spiritual lives. Introduction to contemplative pre-mystic prayerIntroduction to contemplative pre-mystic prayer: "Contemplative or pre-mystic prayer" is a practiceable, active form of prayer that leads into the silence and presence of God. It is an abiding in pure perception, a "gazing" without discursive thinking, analyzing, or planning – one perceives what is and remains in the present. Central to this is the constant repetition of the name "Jesus Christ" in the rhythm of the breath, combined with hand perception and sitting posture – this anchors the attention and leads deeper into the presence of God. You should avoid scheduling any appointments over the two days as much as possible and concentrate entirely on the exercises and the silence. On this day, you will receive impulses, practical methods, and space for exchange. You will discover what sustains your faith, how to consciously share your own experiences of faith, and how to encourage other people on their journey. We work with concrete tools to make conversations about faith lively, heartfelt, and clear. This course is for everyone who wants not only to live their faith but to pass it on. You will gain courage, clarity, and practical confidence to be present in everyday life and to accompany others in their faith.
