Online workshop to formulate your vision. With a clear vision, you take your Alpha to the next level. Where a team burns for a vision, there is more joy, collaboration improves, team growth happens more easily, and more guests attend. We help you build a passionate, united team through a clear vision that discovers Alpha as a tool to lead people to Jesus – and thereby brings hope into the entire parish. Because where a clear vision burns, hearts are touched, new people are invited, and they encounter God. What you will learn: Starting from prayer, you will be guided this evening to put a first draft of your vision into words. During the small group time, you will learn to improve and sharpen your vision through feedback. With this vision, you will then be able to re-inspire your team and find new collaborators. Target group: You have completed the basic training and at least one Alpha course. You desire a team that burns for the same vision and wants to bring people to Jesus with enthusiasm through Alpha.
