Discovery Small Group

CCO stands for Catholic Christian Outreach: a small group path designed to support you in getting to know Jesus personally in your life, growing in your personal faith, and learning to share your faith authentically with others. At the center are personal encounters, honest questions, shared conversation, and the invitation to give Jesus more space in your own life step by step. Discovery is the entry point into CCO. The focus is on the core message of the Christian faith: God's love, Jesus Christ, redemption, and the personal invitation to place Jesus at the center of one's own life. Discovery is for everyone who wants to rediscover, better understand, or personally deepen their faith — regardless of whether they have been in the church for a long time or are just beginning to ask questions. Goal: Get to know Jesus, experience God's love (spiritually prepare for Christmas). Method: Discussing the Bible and doctrine using the CCO Faith Study. Catholic Christian Outreach (CCO) is a Catholic organization from Canada that proclaims the Gospel clearly and simply to students. The Discovery course invites you to encounter Christ. There is a workbook, group meetings, and a personal dialogue with the leader. The topics of the meetings are: God's love, the initiative of love, Jesus Christ – our Lord, Jesus Christ – our Savior, the offer of love, a new life. Participation and materials are free of charge.
