Module 2 of the 30-day exercises Objective: Encounter with Jesus, who becomes human for you. To perceive, recognize, and accept His invitation to discipleship anew. Central elements: Silence; plenty of time for personal prayer; methodical introduction to Gospel contemplation and the discernment of spirits according to the tradition of St. Ignatius of Loyola; daily individual accompaniment; Eucharistic celebration, adoration; opportunity for confession.
