Contemplative Exercises are an introduction and deepened practice of silent and attentive presence in the presence of God and in the Jesus Prayer, according to Ignatian spirituality and the steps of Fr. Franz Jalics SJ. Elements: • continuous silence • several hours of shared silent meditation • body and perception exercises • daily guidance conversation • daily Eucharistic celebration with an impulse. For participation in the exercises, we require a willingness to remain silent and to be guided, as well as psychological resilience.

These short retreats are an opportunity for this, through silence, prayer, and individual conversations.
