Child and Youth Protection: Prevention Training

Basic training on abuse prevention for staff in child and youth work and other interested parties. Start 10 am, end around 5 pm. Lunch is to be paid on-site for 15 euros!

Target group: This Confirmation preparation is intended for girls and boys between 14 and 16 years old. The Confirmation preparation takes place on the following dates: 12.01.27 (online) – What do I actually believe? And why? – Faith, creation, and salvation history 22.–24.01.27 (in Ratingen) – Who is the Holy Spirit? – The Sacrament of Confirmation and our life as Christians 16.02.27 (online) – What if I doubt? – Questions and doubts in faith 16.03.27 (online) – Do I have a task in the Church? – My mission as a Christian 13.04.27 (online) – How can I talk to God? – Prayer and relationship with God 11.05.27 (online) – What happens at my Confirmation? – Process, signs, and meaning Additional notes: Please only register if you can be fully present at ALL meetings! The weekend in Ratingen begins at 2 p.m. Some of you will need a school exemption for this. We are happy to issue a corresponding confirmation for this purpose. The online meetings always take place from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. In addition to the course, you have the opportunity to be confirmed in Düsseldorf on May 18, 2027, at 6 p.m. If you only want to participate in the course and be confirmed elsewhere, that is no problem. God wants to fill us with His love and goodness and give us freedom, inner peace, and new strength.
