Crash Course – What is Alpha and how do I get started? Evening session

Do you want to know what an Alpha meeting looks like, why you might organize Alpha, and where to find the materials? Then come along and get informed in 60 minutes. You will get an insight into the content, values, materials, and help to take the next step. Whether you have already done Alpha or it has been a while: this training helps you to take concrete action, plan the next steps, and start your next Alpha with more confidence. MasterClass Conversation Leadership Part 1

Conversation Leadership in Small Groups – Communication that creates culture. How do good conversations emerge in Alpha small groups—conversations with depth, openness, and genuine exchange? In this workshop, you will learn how to shape communication more consciously, ask good questions, and respond to different personalities. You will practice practical tools for confident and calm conversation leadership. The first part lays the foundation: we look at how good communication succeeds and how questions and one's own attitude shape the culture within the small group. The second part of the workshop takes place on 30.11.26 from 7 PM to 9 PM. Notes: For active participation, we recommend a functioning camera and microphone. The two workshop parts build on each other. Participation in individual modules is nonetheless possible. The workshop is aimed at everyone who accompanies Alpha small groups and wants to further develop their conversation leadership – whether new or experienced. Target group: Small group leaders involved with Alpha who wish to further develop their conversational art. A prerequisite is participation in the Alpha basic training. This second part covers group dynamics, various roles within groups, and concrete aids for challenging situations in small group leadership. Notes: For active participation, we recommend a functioning camera and microphone. The two workshop parts build upon each other. However, participation in the individual modules is still possible. The workshop is aimed at everyone who accompanies Alpha small groups and wants to further develop their conversation skills – whether new or experienced.
