- MasterClass Conversation Leadership Part 1
Conversation Leadership in Small Groups – Communication that creates culture. How do good conversations emerge in Alpha small groups—conversations with depth, openness, and genuine exchange? In this workshop, you will learn how to shape communication more consciously, ask good questions, and respond to different personalities. You will practice practical tools for confident and calm conversation leadership. The first part lays the foundation: we look at how good communication succeeds and how questions and one's own attitude shape the culture within the small group. The second part of the workshop takes place on 30.11.26 from 7 PM to 9 PM. Notes: For active participation, we recommend a functioning camera and microphone. The two workshop parts build on each other. Participation in individual modules is nonetheless possible. The workshop is aimed at everyone who accompanies Alpha small groups and wants to further develop their conversation leadership – whether new or experienced.
